False allegations in the Press November 2009

Contrary to the false allegations in the press Islamic Shakhsiyah Foundation is a completely independent charitable organisation and has its own independent set of aims and objectives. Any person involved in the school has the right to their own personal beliefs and viewpoints, but their involvement with the school is strictly in accordance with its objectives as is the case in any other school in this country. We will be taking the malicious allegations in the Telegraph to the Press Complaints Commission. As a school we have developed an innovative and positive approach to educate Muslim children about the society around them and develop them to become good citizens who contribute positively to their community and society. We have held many events where we have invited local councillors, the local community and local schools to build links and understanding and develop community cohesion
